Bookkeeping

Upkeep of business related records, scanning and categorizing receipts/expenses, recording income, upkeep of digital records, and reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.

{Price varies per assessment}

Cleanup and proper categorization of receipts and other expenses. Proper reconciliation and matching of bank account and credit card records.


QuickBooks Online (QBO) Set Up

{Cost of subscription + $255}

Setting up QuickBooks Online for a business. This cost will include the monthly cost of the subscription (pre-paid) and an hourly charge for the set up of a chart of accounts, rules, a follow up appointment, and setting up other needed features. ($42.50/h x 6h).


QuickBooks Online Training

{$50 per session}

This service is for customers who only want occasional assistance with their bookkeeping, end of month upkeep and reports, and wish to take advantage of the QBO discount offered by Haws Financial Services.


Payroll Services

{Cost of subscription + $25/month + per employee charge.}

Services provided through ADP, QBO, and other payroll service providers. Call for more information.


Preparation of Business Plan

Cleanup of mission statement (if needed), full year income statement projection and breakeven – spreadsheet with changeable projections.


Notary Services

{$10/signature}

Professional Notary Service. If travel is required, there will be a $0.67/mile charge.
